IofC海外實習計畫~走出台灣，接軌世界

日本道德重整協會，自2002年起開始進行學校活動，目的在建立正確的價值觀；提供相關實習計畫，對於參與實習的年輕朋友而言是個很好的機會展現個人領導能力及體驗不同的文化

◎實習時間：2016年5月6日~6月5日

◎實習生需求：3~4人

◎實習內容：

至中小學、大學進行交流、呈現；展現各自國情文化；與夥伴、他人分享自己的改變經驗及IofC價值觀(Give presentations to schools (from elementary school to university)；Present your own culture；Share IofC values and experiences of change with IofC Japan team and others)

◎具備條件與能力：開放接受新事物的心；會唱IofC歌曲及表演短劇呈現IofC價值；樂意與團隊工作；會說英語或日語；如果會演奏任何樂器那就太棒了！(Open mind and heart；Able to sing IofC songs and play skits to share IofC values；Willingness to work within a team；Good at English or/and Japanese；Able to play any musical instruments will be most helpful)

◎日本IofC將會提供實習期間住宿、交通相關基本開銷，並協助負擔往返日本之機票費用

亞洲高原實習計劃（APIP）的想法源自於2001年12月在此舉行的「全球HOHO聚會」，專為充滿活力、主動、年齡介於21到35歲之間、已準備好改變自己並為社會帶來的完整和正面改變的青年人而設計。這個計劃在「亞洲高原」IofC中心(原名道德重整Moral Re-Armament，M.R.A)進行，位於印度馬哈拉施特拉邦的潘奇加尼，距離浦那(Pune)城市約一百公里的山丘上。

◎實習時間(一年兩梯次)：9月1日至1月31日（5個月）；2月1日至6月30日（5個月）

◎實習內容：

參與研討會、會議、工作坊及中心其他活動，和一些知名、有成就的講師以及來自不同背景、職業和地方的參與者認識、交往及產生互動；互動式會議，實習生將被要求為各自國家作呈現、發言，生活在這個多元信仰、多元文化的社區裡，提供了生活技能、關係建立和團隊工作的豐富經驗；領導和組織中心活動和小組會議；檢視自己的生命和生活，學習建立完善社會的力量，理解個人與世界狀態之間的關係(Learning through attendance at seminars,workshops, conferences and other programs of the Centre which provide unique opportunities to hear experts on various subjects and to meet, mingle and have interactions with some eminent and accomplished facilitators and participants coming from varied backgrounds, professions and locations. Interactive Sessions with opportunities for learning from other countries and cultures. Interns will be expected to make presentations about their respective countries. Living in a multi-faith, multi-cultural community provides a rich experience in life skills, relationship-building and team-work. Leading and Organizing participants of all levels in the practical running of the Centre’s activities and at group meetings. Dedicated Sessions for personal empowerment through effective living and leadership as encouraged by IofC, allow one to examine one’s own life and living, study the forces that can build a sound society as well as understand the relationship between the individual and the state of the world.)

◎具備條件與能力：

此為不分性別、宗教、背景的開放性申請。年齡介於21-35歲之間，身體健康，具備工作和服務能力；研究生（優先，但不是必需的）；具備英語口語及書寫能力；能口說印度語/馬拉地語，和音樂、表演或其他才藝將是額外的優勢；應為一個負責任、可靠、自動和歡快的團隊成員，並承諾依「亞洲高原」群體規定而生活，尊重權威和維護紀律是至關重要的；接受道德重整的四大絕對標準：純潔、誠實、無私、仁愛，作為賴以生存的價值觀，為擁有一個關懷與服務的生活做出真誠的努力(Age: Between 21 and 35 years, should be physically fit, in good health with ability for hard work and service；Graduate (Preferable but not essential)；Knowledge of spoken and written English, spoken Hindi/Marathi, and musical, acting and other talents will be an added advantage；Should be a responsible and reliable self-starter and a cheerful team player.  A commitment to live by the Community Guidelines of Asia Plateau, respect for authority and maintenance of discipline are essential. Acceptance of IofC’s standards of Unconditional Purity, Honesty, Unselfishness and Love as values to live by and endeavoring to make a sincere effort to live a life of care and service.)

◎至少於實習時間日的六週前進行申請。填妥申請表格寄出後，在最後篩選前將進行Skype或電話甄試，成功的候選人將透過電子郵件收到通知。

◎往返亞洲高原的交通花費，以及附帶的個人支出和任何其他個人旅行的費用由實習生負擔，同時也應該負擔個人停留在印度期間的所有醫療保險。食宿將是免費的，但歡迎自由奉獻。

柯峰實習領導力計畫提供機會讓青年充份體驗柯峰會議中心的豐富生活。成員將提供各項會議服務，並且透過訓練課程投入學習如何在本世紀發揮領導力。且把你對一般實習的刻板印象以及對領導力的傳統看法通通拋開，本計畫要求你對任何事都勇於挑戰，從挑戰自己開始。

◎實習時間：6月24日-7月25日；7月22日-8月21日，兩梯次

◎實習內容：

柯峰的各項國際會議吸引來自全球數百位與會者。中心日常運作的若干基本工作是由實習計畫成員帶領會議與會者共同執行，這是建立社區共同體關係過程的一部份。成員具有大好機會，可以接受訓練並透過帶領國際工作團隊來培養個人技能，並且參加專為實習生開設的一系列領導力工作坊。(The International Caux conferences attract hundreds of people from all over the world. As part of the community-building process, elements of the day-to-day practical work of the centre are done by conference participants, led by Inside Change participants. Participants have a unique opportunity to develop skills and receive training in leading international teams, as well as follow a series of leadership workshops offered specifically for the participants team. Completion certificates are given.)

服務：柯峰會議的一項核心精神是賓至如歸。這個以服務為本的社群可以讓你實踐世人重視的各種價值，包含團隊合作，建立信任，包容，多元文化，建立社群。藉由察覺到營造真實社群所需的各種技能時，我們會體驗到這一切。成員分屬不同工作部門，每週工作約26小時，內容包含用餐服務、廚房烹飪、食品倉儲、客房清潔、技術支援、秘書行政、房間分配、迎賓櫃台、插花佈置。(Hospitality is a core value of the Caux conferences and of the Interns Leadership Programme. This "community in service" is the place where we put into practice the values we talk about – teamwork, trust-building, inclusion, multiculturalism, and community-building. We experience it by becoming aware of the skills needed to create authentic communities. The departments where participants will be involved, for roughly 26 hours each week, include: dining room, kitchen, economat, housekeeping, technical, secretariat, allocation, reception and flower arrangements.)

You can challenge yourself to explore your own life and experience more deeply, to challenge yourself, and unlock your creative potential. The course aims: To explore the relationship between personal change and societal change - the link between the intimate and the global；To encourage personal and collective initiatives that are grounded in an application of personal values and standards；To develop an understanding of the nature of change, and the conditions that create change；To provide concrete tools for effectiveness in teambuilding and communication.)

◎具備條件：年齡介於18-30歲之間；具備英語會話及書寫能力，能說另一種語言更好(法語最佳)；具備領導能力和組織經驗為優勢。
